Strategy
A strategy call where we talk about your business, your goals, and your frustrations. Many business owners are aware of the gaps in their business plan, marketing efforts, and where they are falling short of meeting their targets. Having a typical, cheap website doesn't resolve any of those issues. Having a website that works to solve problems and get results does.
Branding
The process during which I do the research to determine the best look and feel for your website, in order for it to have the maximum impact on your target audience. Without functionality and brand appeal, your web presence will be negligible.
A responsive WordPress website
I will design and build your WordPress website to look and function perfectly across all devices. Additionally, Google is looking for page loading speeds, page stability, and page interactivity. All of those elements are part of the user experience.
Content
Content is still king. If your content is poor, if it doesn't deliver the information the user is looking for or solve their problems, then your website is not going to deliver results for you. I will write your content using SEO best practices and make it appeal to the user.
SEO
I will implement technical SEO and add an SEO plugin to help you write the best, most searchable pages and posts
Google Console
I will submit your website to Google console for maximum searchability. You will also be able to track your results from the Google panel.
Google Business Pages
Google Business Pages function almost like your home page these days. I will develop your Google Business pages to show off your business and get the best results possible. I will teach you how to post offers, specials, and link to posts to drive traffic to your website.
Training session
I will go over the maintenance of your website with you over the phone.

Additional services such as monthly maintenance, additional pages or features, and further training will be priced and delivered as seperate services.

The Design Process
I. Strategize
We discuss your business, your goals and if you already have a website, what is and isn't working for you. I will develop a website that works for your business. For example, if lead generation is a major goal of yours, then the website will need to be optimized for that purpose with targeted CTAs to get the user to take certain steps. We would also use sign up forms, landing pages, have integrated email marketing, offer free downloads etc.
III. Build
I will create a page to give you the overall look and feel of your website. When we agree on the look and elements, I will move forward with the other pages. I will be in contact with you throughout the process and we will go over each page when it is finished.
II. Brand
We will choose your colors, fonts, voice and other branding elements to appeal to your ideal demographic and reflect your brand identity.
IV. Launch
I will make your website live. I will teach you how to maintain your website. If you need further help, updates, or maintenance, you can book a retainer package or pay for support on an hourly basis.
FAQ
Why do you prefer to work with WordPress ?
Unless you are drop shipping and using Shopify, no other content management system will give you the power and flexibility of WordPress. Most people are scared of WordPress, because they think they need to code. I build my websites with Elementor, which gives my clients the flexibility to add sections and elements by themselves as needed, simply by dragging and dropping. Additionally Gutenberg and its associated blocks are improving and can be implemented to build pages as well.
How long will my project take ?
It depends on the size and nature of your project, but once you give me all the required materials about 4-6 weeks.
Do you write content ?
I do write content. I began my career as a writer and I keep up with best SEO practices, which will put your website ahead of the game.
How does Payment Work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin the project. As soon as you approve the overall look of one or two pages, I will require another 30% to build the website and the final 20% before it goes live.
Do you do SEO ?
Yes, your website will be optimized thoroughly.
What do i need before we start ?
You will need to supply me with everything I ask for on an individual basis, particularly professional images of you, your team, place of business, product etc. If you have no previous branding, branded product, or have outdated branding, we will begin your project by discussing all the factors that will go into building your branded website, including colors, fonts, logo, voice etc.
